Petra is seamless, knitted in one piece back and forth on size 11 circular needles… but it is not your typical cardigan. You cast on stitches only for the back and then add stitches to every row to create the diagonal front panels as you go. The points angle down in front and the waist is shaped for a flattering fit.

(100 gr/3.5 oz, 109 yards, 100% wool)

Any bulky weight yarn that gets gauge.

Needles

Two #11 circ, 24” or longer. You will also need 4 st markers.

Gauge

Using #11 needles and St st, 12 sts and 16 rows to 4" square.
